Nanyang Biotogether nuclease is a 5'-phosphodiesterase derived from Penicillum citrus strain fermentation, after dealing with the biological technology of extraction, microfiltration, ultrafiltration, freeze-drying and refining, finally we get the enzyme preparation. It is the first company in China to prepare nucleases using this method. Nuclease P1 can hydrolyze RNA and DNA exclusively to get 5'-(deoxy) nucleotides. Which is widely used in the industrial production of nucleotides. It is an quite important enzyme preparation.

Properties on yeast lytic activity of Nuclease P1"Nanyang Biotogether”


The optimum reaction pH is 5.5, stable at 4.6-7.6

The optimum reaction temperature is 70°C, stable at 65°C-75°C.

The nuclease which is light yellow powder, no peculiar smell, high hydrolysis efficiency, and has better solubility and fluidity, easy operation.

Specific hydrolyzed RNA to CMP, UMP, GMP, AMP, and the hydrolysis rate can reach more than 90%.

Nuclease P1 stability technology

The main enzymatic properties such as enzyme activity, stability and content of hybrid enzymes have obvious advantages compared to the world's largest nuclease producing P1 company.

Product usage method:

 

Yeast: Hydrolysis temperature 70°C, PH 4.0-7.0, nuclease enzyme added 0.2 % - 0.3 %( according to the yeast weight), hydrolysis time 8-10 hours.

RNA: Hydrolysis temperature 70°C, PH 4.0-7.0, Substrate concentration RNA 1%-5%, nuclease enzyme added 3 % - 5 %( according to the substrate RNA), hydrolysis time 4-5 hours.
