Flavor High Nucleotide Yeast Extract (referred to as High Nucleotide YE) is a natural food flavor enhancer refined from high-quality edible yeast through modern bioenzymatic hydrolysis and separation-purification technology. Its core advantage lies in being rich in natural flavor nucleotides (IMP+GMP, abbreviated as I+G).
